On 25th – 28th of February 2019 whole world was celebrating ingenious ideas shared at MWC Barcelona (formerly Mobile World Congress), the largest mobile event in the world.
MWC brings together the latest innovations and leading-edge technology from more than 2,400 leading companies and provides highly-rated conference programme assembling today’s visionaries to explore the hottest topics influencing the industry.
We were, and more than 109,000 other visitors from over 198 countries and territories. Over 55 % held senior-level positions, including more than 7,900 CEOs.
Around 2,400 companies showcased the latest technology, products and services across 120,000 net square metres of exhibition area.
Thanks to close collaboration with LMT, a Latvian market leader in mobile telecommunication, we had an immense privilege to be a part of the-one-and-only-all-natural stand in Hall 6.
In a sea of plastic, shiny, attention-grabbing stands, visitors were confronted with a little patch of nature - the LMT stand, built entirely out of peat moss. A natural place for new ideas, such as Fits, to be sewn.
Fits is an AI-based Intelligent Transportation Platform that helps to solve the issue of sensors not "talking" to each other.
In other words, Fits automatically collects data from across a spectrum of vendors and suppliers into a unified data store, fuses it with AI engines and enables business process specific processing for any data-driven use case - from speed enforcement to traffic optimization.
It also monitors the fleet of sensors to ensure maximum data collection uptime and includes 24/7 monitoring centre services.
