During the project implementation individual activities and deliverables in each phase are planned Including FIT-GAP analysis against D365 F&SCM ERP standard functionality, configuration of system, data migration, user training, extension development and integration with external systems.
Our Project plans are created using Success by Design implementation methodology from Microsoft.
Solution design is the first phase of the project where a scope and integration needs are clarified.
Implementation phase includes several activities, i.e. standard configuration of the system, development of extensions and customizations, testing and integration setup.
During deployment phase in cooperation with the customer, all parts of solution are joined together: configuration + customizations + data + integrations. Last phase is the productive start of Usage, also known as Go-Live support.
